Shipping & Delivery Policy (Products)
For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only.

We do not ship Bonsai Plants Nursery products out of India.

Orders are shipped within 7 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company/post office norms.

After dispatching orders we share order tracking details and we do not have control how fast your order will be delivered .

Buyer must give correct address to deliver his order after dispatching order any change in address will not be acceptable. if delivery person mentioned that incomplete or incorrect address is given and for that reason order can not be delivered in first attempt two more delivery attempts will be made and this may cause extended time period to deliver resulting plants getting damaged or dry. so Maximum three attempts for delivery will be made in this situation if order is undelivered or plants are dry or dead due to any reason and/or NDR is processed no refund or replacement or resending of live plants can be claimed for this and same will not be granted in any situation. And buyer will be responsible for whole lose of order.

Its buyers responsibility to make sure that he is available to accept his delivery when delivery boy brings his order.

Buyer must accept his/her order when it reaches to him. Delivery time is from 7 AM 9 PM. If buyer is out of home or city or unable to accept his delivery due to any reason buyer must communicate shipping company or delivery boy directly as after dispatching order its out of our hand to control the delivery.

In case buyer fails to accept delivery of order in first attempt two more delivery attempts will be made so Maximum three attempts for delivery will be made and if buyer fails to accept his order due to any reason and NDR is processed no refund or replacement or resending of live plants can be claimed for this and same will not be granted in any situation. And buyer will be responsible for whole lose of order.

Buyers are requested to make sure that they make unboxing video of every order. If buyer feels any issue like plants are dry or damaged or missing or any other issue buyer must report issue within 24 hours after delivery with unboxing video without unboxing video no claims will be acceptable and no refund or replacement or resending of live plants can be claimed and same will not be granted in any situation. And buyer will be responsible for whole lose of order.


In case of fertilizers, seeds, pots, grow bags and all other products that is not a live plant if NDR is processed buyer will have to repay double shipping to resend the products.

Bonsai Plants Nursery is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 7 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times(Unless specified at the time of Order). Bonsai Plants Nursery is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.

Payments

Bonsai Plants Nursery is proud to use EBS, Payu, PayTM and other online payment systems for fast, easy and efficient secure payments. All major credit cards are accepted.

Shipping & Delivery Policy (Services)
Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration. For any issues in utilizing our services, you may contact our helpdesk.

We make sure to share order tracking details on order page and WhatsApp number if given on site. After we share order tracking details buyer must keep tracking order and contact shipping company help desk directly in case of any issues.

Buyers can ask us the shipping company help desk details if they feel any difficulty in contacting shipping company for help. If due to any reason RTO is initiated we will not be able to help and order will return back. In that case resend of order will not be possible.

How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units and some products

For India customers, the shipping charge is Rs 99 per item in normal delivery and rs. 186 per item in premium delivery for all orders.

In premium shipping we try to ship by air cargo but in case air cargo not sounds fastest shipping method or if its not available for buyer we select best available shipping method so order reach fastest possible date to buyer. No shipping fees balance can be asked to be refunded or adjusted in any situation.

No shipping charges are refundable in any case .

In case of RTO orders No refunds will be issued and if buyer wants us to ship plants/products again we reserve right to grant or reject resend request.

if order returns to us due to any reason natural or non natural including unreachable area we get RTO charged in case buyer wants us to ship plants again and we grant replacement buyer needs to pay shipping charges again with RTO charges.

In case of RTO if returned plants are dead and buyer wants us to resend plants he may require to pay 50% of order value again.

If buyer feels that plants delivered are not healthy or dry buyer must report issue within 24 hours after delivery with plant photos/videos on our WhatsApp number with their order number.

In case replacement is granted buyer needs to repay shipping and packing charges that’s rs. 200 per plant.

We do not ship products out of India. For multiple products ordered the programmed adds up the weight of all the units ordered and charges a single delivery fee.

However, the delivery fee is calculated separately when a customer orders different plants to be delivered at different locations. This is because the products are being sourced and shipped from different cities.

Disclaimer

The product will be delivered for all urban areas in India serviceable by major courier agencies. For remote/rural areas the product will be sent by local couriers / Indian Speed Post and may take more time.
